As part of our broader property and finance ecosystem our team works closely with clients brokers lenders and property professionals throughout the investment and lending journey.

We are looking for an experienced Australian Mortgage Loan Processor / Credit Analyst based in the Philippines to support our growing finance operations and Australian mortgage team.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Manage and process Australian residential mortgage applications from submission through to approval and settlement
  

• Review borrower identification income financial asset liability and supporting documentation
  

• Conduct income servicing and preliminary borrowing capacity assessments
  

• Prepare accurate and complete loan applications for submission to lenders
  

• Liaise with mortgage brokers lenders BDMs clients and other stakeholders
  

• Monitor applications throughout the lending process and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements
  

• Review lender policies and assist with identifying suitable lending options
  

• Assist with credit assessment and ensure applications meet lender requirements
  

• Track loan milestones including submission assessment conditional approval formal approval valuation and settlement
  

• Identify potential issues or missing information that may delay an application
  

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly stored and updated
  

• Support the broader Liviti Finance and Property Investment teams with mortgage-related requirements
  

• Ensure applications are processed efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance
  

Requirements

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of Australian mortgage experience
  

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor Credit Analyst Parabroker Mortgage Broker Support Loan Administrator or similar AU mortgage role
  

• Strong understanding of the Australian residential mortgage lending process
  

• Strong knowledge of income verification servicing calculations loan structures and lender policies
  

• Excellent attention to detail handling sensitive financial information and strong organisational skills
  

• Ability to manage multiple loan applications and competing deadlines
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  

• Proactive approach to following up applications and resolving outstanding requirements
  

MORTGAGE PLATFORM EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Hands-on experience with Australian mortgage and broker platforms is highly preferred including:

• Infynity
  

• BrokerEngine
  

• MyCRM
  

• Mercury
  

• Salestrekker
  

• ApplyOnline
  

Experience with other Australian mortgage CRMs lender portals or loan processing platforms will also be considered.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In this role youll be responsible for helping ensure that Livitis mortgage applications move efficiently accurately and proactively from application through to settlement.

The successful candidate will be someone who doesnt simply process paperwork but understands why an application may be delayed what lenders are looking for and what needs to happen next to keep the transaction moving.
