Data Processing Specialist PH

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Data Processing Specialist to manage, process, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and databases. Responsibilities

• Collect, process, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Enter and update information accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and formatting.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates.
• Perform data validation and quality checks before information is finalized.
• Organize and maintain digital records, files, and documentation.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations, and system updates.
• Maintain accurate records of processed information and completed tasks.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries as required.
• Follow established data processing procedures and quality standards.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrections when necessary.
• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and processing deadlines.
• Communicate data-related issues and requirements to relevant teams.
