Rippling Specialist

Role Purpose

Flexihire Talent is looking for an experienced Rippling Specialist to take ownership of our Rippling setup, optimization, administration, and ongoing improvement.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has actually configured and managed Rippling—not simply used it as an employee. You'll review our current setup, improve workflows and automations, maintain accurate employee data, troubleshoot system issues, and help us build scalable HR operations.

You'll also support key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, leave administration, documentation, payroll coordination, and performance processes.

You'll work directly with the CEO and HR team and will have significant ownership over how our HR systems are built and improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer Rippling across the organization
• Review the existing Rippling setup and identify areas for improvement
• Configure employee profiles, departments, teams, reporting structures, and employment information
• Build and improve onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Create Rippling workflows, automations, approvals, reminders, and notifications
• Configure PTO, leave, holidays, attendance, and employee policies
• Manage employee documents, forms, agreements, and acknowledgements
• Maintain permissions, user roles, access levels, and HRIS controls
• Process employee changes including compensation, promotions, reporting changes, and terminations
• Troubleshoot Rippling configuration and workflow issues
• Maintain accurate and organized employee data
• Support HRIS data cleanup, migration, and restructuring
• Build HR reports, dashboards, and leadership metrics
• Support integrations between Rippling and other business tools
• Test new workflows and configurations before rollout
• Document HRIS processes, configurations, and SOPs
• Support onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee records, and general HR operations
• Support performance reviews and other employee lifecycle processes
• Identify manual HR processes that can be improved through automation or technology

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Rippling
• Experience configuring, implementing, optimizing, or administering Rippling
• Experience building HRIS workflows, automations, and approval processes
• Strong understanding of onboarding, offboarding, employee records, leave, and employee lifecycle processes
• Experience managing HRIS employee data and organizational structures
• Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues independently
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience creating or improving HR processes and SOPs
• Strong written and verbal English
• Comfortable handling confidential employee information
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working directly with leadership in a startup environment
• Stable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Rippling from setup through rollout
• Experience migrating employee data into Rippling
• Experience with Rippling Payroll, Time & Attendance, Leave, Benefits, or related modules
• Experience managing Rippling permissions and access controls
• Experience building HR reports and dashboards
• Experience integrating Rippling with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, ATS platforms, or payroll systems
• Experience supporting remote or internationally distributed teams
• Experience with Canadian or US HR operations
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or professional services

Working Conditions

This is a fully remote, full-time contractor position open to candidates anywhere in the Philippines.

9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday
