Job Description

Develop and maintain the Finance Automation roadmap aligned with GBS and Finance transformation and prioritize automation and process improvement opportunities across Finance.

Lead automation projects end-to-end from business case development through implementation and solutions using RPA AI workflow automation data integration and low-code platforms.

Drive process simplification standardization and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.

Partner with Finance IT process owners and GBS teams to deliver automation initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure operational performance automation benefits and ROI.

Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls SOX data privacy and corporate an automation-first culture by coaching finance teams and supporting digital capability building

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance IT Engineering Data Analytics or related field.

7 years of experience in Finance Shared Services GBS Finance Transformation Continuous Improvement or least 3 years of experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience in a multinational Shared Services/GBS environment preferred.

Strong knowledge of finance processes including P2P O2C R2R Treasury and FP& in SAP/ERP systems and automation tools such as Power Automate Power Platform UiPath or similar.

Knowledge of Power BI Alteryx SQL AI/ML and finance automation solutions.

Lean Six Sigma and automation/RPA certifications are an advantage.
