Fulfillment Coordinator

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end coordination of complex customer and service-related orders, ensuring accurate booking, timely fulfillment, and seamless post-sales support. The role partners closely with Sales, Global Supply Chain, Service Operations, Field Service, Accounts Receivable, and Logistics. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of customer and service orders from booking through invoicing. Validate order accuracy and resolve booking discrepancies. Monitor order backlog and prioritize based on service and customer impact. Provide shipment tracking, resolve carrier issues, and manage logistics inquiries. Support invoicing, credits, RMAs, and work order closure. Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational and customer issues. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree is required. 1-3 years’ experience is a plus Excellent written communication skills, excellent verbal communication skills are a bonus Strong and fast typing speed and accuracy Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and CPQ is considered a plus Versatility and ability to prioritize work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a good working relationship with staff both inside and outside the company. Skilled in all areas of Customer Service: phone management, order management, understanding customer expectations and satisfaction. Strong multi-tasking skills. Strong team player (willing to do other functions as needed) Must be willing to work during US Business Hours and on a hybrid setup in Rosario, Cavite
