Business Development Manager Mon-Fri (Morning Shift) Location: Taguig, Hybrid The Opportunity We're looking for a commercially driven leader who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and turning market insights into sustainable revenue growth. As our Business Development Manager , you'll be responsible for expanding our client portfolio, opening new markets, and positioning the business as a trusted strategic partner. This role goes beyond sales—it requires someone who can influence executive stakeholders, shape commercial strategy, and build scalable growth initiatives that create long-term value. What Success Looks Like In this role, you will: Grow the business by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding opportunities within existing accounts. Build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline and drive opportunities from prospecting through contract execution. Lead strategic client presentations and commercial discussions that clearly demonstrate business value. Establish trusted relationships with senior executives, marketing leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. Identify emerging market trends, industry shifts, and untapped opportunities that can fuel future growth. Structure commercial partnerships and negotiate agreements that create mutually beneficial outcomes. Work closely with Client Services to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery while maximizing long-term client retention. Coach and develop the Business Development team by introducing best practices, strengthening commercial discipline, and driving a high-performance culture. Ideal Background We're interested in professionals who have: Extensive experience leading business development or commercial growth initiatives. A strong history of winning enterprise accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets. Expertise in consultative selling, executive presentations, and complex B2B sales cycles. Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing high-value client relationships. Strong financial and commercial understanding, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning. An established network within the advertising, media, marketing, digital, creative agency, or ad-tech industries. Previous experience managing or mentoring sales and business development professionals.
