Senior Relationship Executive

Main Duties

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts by strengthening client relationships retaining volume and revenue and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor account performance shipment volume SLAs KPIs and revenue proactively addressing risks and developing action plans to drive account growth.
• Lead client business reviews and serve as a key point of contact confidently presenting performance updates and addressing business concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations Finance and other internal teams to resolve client concerns claims disputes and payment-related issues.
• Support the Relationship Manager through account reporting onboarding activities internal alignment and mentoring of junior Relationship Executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management Relationship Management Stakeholder Management or Client Coordination.
• Experience managing corporate enterprise or mid-to-large accounts is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Strong communication negotiation analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident in presenting business performance and addressing client concerns.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Strong ownership customer orientation and leadership potential.
• Willing to attend client meetings/visits and work extended hours when necessary.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
