Job Description

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to increase revenue maximize process efficiency & cost-effectiveness and ensure excellent customer experience through effective supervision of daily operations and personnel contract compliance resource optimization and capability development within an account.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Vendor Master Data (VMD) and Accounts Payable operations to ensure service delivery excellence
• Monitor daily operational performance productivity quality SLA adherence and backlog management
• Drive operational governance issue resolution risk mitigation and process improvements
• Support stabilization and transition activities while ensuring business continuity
• Ensure compliance with client company information security and audit requirement
• Serve as the primary on-site and off-site leader for the Cebu and Chennai AP team
• Provide coaching mentoring guidance and performance management for team members
• Drive employee engagement retention initiatives recognition programs and team morale
• Conduct regular one-on-ones skip-level discussions and development conversations
• Foster a culture of accountability ownership collaboration and continuous learning

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce Accounting Finance Business Administration or related discipline
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.

Mandatory Skills: Procurement(MDM).

Experience: 5-8 Years.
