Job Purpose

To achieve sales and distribution targets by servicing assigned traditional trade outlets developing strong customer relationships executing in-store activities and ensuring product availability visibility and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers wholesalers and independent stores.
• Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability optimum stock levels and effective merchandising at point of sale.
• Expand numeric distribution by identifying and opening new customers.
• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities pricing and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales stock and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.

• Product availability (OSA)
• Merchandising and visibility compliance
• Collection and receivables performance
• Route plan compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• Previous Sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Good communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
