Key Responsibilities

• Define service intelligence modelscorecardsand executive reporting

• Lead Service Intelligence Partners and reliability insight cadence

• Connect services journeysincidentsand risks to leadership priorities

• Ensure insights become owned and traceable improvement actions

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years in service management reliability technology operationsanalyticsor business engagement

• Experience leading enterprise reporting and governance

• Ability to synthesize technical evidence into business risk and decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial-services experience

• Service portfolio SLO Power BI or analytics experience

• ITIL SRE or business relationship management certification
