The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, builds genuine rapport, and can effectively convert inbound enquiries into sales. Wine or wine-racking experience is not required, as full product training will be provided in person in Australia.

  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and follow-up information in HubSpot and the company's ERP.
  • Support the Australian sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and administration for larger opportunities.
  • Support larger opportunities with quote preparation, customer follow-up, order processing, and sales administration under the direction of the Australian sales owner.
  • Identify customised, technical, or higher-value enquiries and escalate them to the appropriate sales specialist.
  • Provide professional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
