ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Government Relations professional to support the company's business operations and regulatory activities in the Philippines.

This role will be responsible for coordinating with relevant government agencies, managing regulatory documentation, supporting permit applications, and ensuring that business activities comply with applicable local requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with relevant government agencies regarding business registration, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare, submit, monitor, and follow up on government applications and required documentation.

• Support the company in obtaining and maintaining required business permits and operational licenses.

• Coordinate with relevant agencies and Local Government Units (LGUs) on regulatory and administrative requirements.

• Support compliance activities related to:

• Business registration

• Tax and government requirements

• Fire safety requirements

• Business permits

• Operational licenses

• Industry-specific regulations

• Work with relevant agencies, consultants, and internal teams to resolve regulatory and administrative matters.

• Maintain organized records of permits, licenses, applications, and compliance documentation.

• Monitor relevant regulatory updates and communicate potential business impacts to management.

• Provide practical support to internal teams regarding government procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with regulatory requirements for Beauty/Aesthetic service businesses, E-commerce, Fulfillment, and other business operations.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Experience in Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs, Compliance, or a related role.
• Good understanding of Philippine government procedures and business regulations.
• Hands-on experience managing permits, licenses, registrations, and government documentation.
• Familiarity with relevant Philippine government agencies such as DTI, BIR, FDA, LTO, SEC, and LGUs is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory matters.
• Able to work independently and follow projects through to completion.
• Good English communication skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Beauty / Aesthetic, E-commerce, Fulfillment, Healthcare, Retail, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting business expansion or new company setup in the Philippines.
• Experience with business permits, operational licenses, tax registration, and regulatory compliance.
• Legal or compliance background is an advantage.
• Experience working with multiple government agencies and Local Government Units.
