Role Responsibilities
- Support execution tracking for installations, pull-outs, and updates across counters, boutiques, and pop-ups. Coordinate basic logistics follow-up for VM materials, props, testers, fixtures, and collateral.
- Monitor delivery, deployment, and displays and related VM elements.
- Help consolidate store feedback, site photos, and post-installation reports.
- Support the team in maintaining VM inventories of props, lightboxes, graphics, and display tools.

Requirements
- Background in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field
- Strong interest in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, and brand presentation.
- Familiarity with store displays, space planning, and retail execution is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic layout/design tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
