Job Description & Summary

The PMO Associate supports the operational and reporting needs of FCU delivery teams. This role focuses on data collection reporting tracking and coordination to ensure projects and managed services engagements operate efficiently and transparently.



This role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with limited prior experience who are comfortable working with data reports and operational metrics in a structured delivery environment.

As an Associate you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of regular operational and performance reports

  • Collecting validating and consolidating data from multiple delivery teams and systems

  • Tracking key metrics such as productivity quality staffing and service level performance

  • Maintaining trackers dashboards and reporting templates used by delivery leadership

  • Supporting project and engagement documentation including plans trackers and logs

  • Coordinating with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers to ensure timely and accurate data submissions

  • Supporting meeting preparation status updates and follow-ups

  • Monitoring basic risks issues and dependencies and escalating when required

  • Maintaining organized and audit-ready documentation

  • Supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or college graduate in Business Industrial Engineering Accounting Finance IT or a related field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior exposure to PMO operations analytics or reporting is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and datasets

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Willingness to learn reporting tools dashboards and delivery metrics

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
