Sales Development Representative – Middle East Market

Addmore Services is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the MiddleEast AEC market to support our businessdevelopment and lead-generation efforts.

The ideal candidate has a background in Architecture EngineeringConstruction (AEC) fit-out interiordesign joinerystone/marble quantity surveying or related construction services combined withstrong sales and business development skills.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients initiatingconversations with decision-makersqualifying leads andgenerating new business opportunities across the UAE Saudi ArabiaQatar andother Middle East markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential AEC clients and target companiesacross the Middle East.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn email phone calls online researchand other channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to potential clients.
• Connect with decision-makers such as business owners directors project managers commercial managers architects contractors andprocurement teams.
• Introduce Addmore Services and explain our AEC outsourcing solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs projects andpotential outsourcing requirements.
• Schedule qualified meetings and sales appointments for the businessdevelopment team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads communications follow-ups andopportunities in the CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to develop potentialbusiness opportunities.
• Monitor AEC industry trends companies projects and marketopportunities in the Middle East.
• Meet agreed lead-generation outreach appointment-setting andsales development targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure qualifiedopportunities are properly handed over.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an SDR BDR Business DevelopmentRepresentative Lead Generation Specialist or similarsales role.
• Previous experience selling to or prospecting within the Middle EastAEC market is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the AEC industry including constructionarchitecture engineering fit-utjoinerystone/marble or related services.
• Experience dealing with clients or companies in UAE Saudi ArabiaQatar or other Middle East markets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong cold-calling email outreach LinkedIn prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate with key decision-makers.
• Strong research organization follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently in aremote environment.
• Ability to work according to the required Middle East businesshours/time zone.
