Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a self-starter Maintenance Crew to deliver excellent services to our clients. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, product quality and adherence to process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems.
• Sourcing or fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems.
• Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing equipment.
• Performing equipment demonstrations and drawing up training manuals wherever required.
• Interpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions in order to perform duties.
• Setting up and calibrating electronics systems by following schematics and diagrams.
• Troubleshooting problems with electronics and making necessary repairs.
• Conducting service checks and performing routine maintenance to keep electronics functioning properly.
• Maintaining logs that provide dates and details of repairs and maintenance performed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Electronic Technician or a similar role.
• Knowledgeable in Software and Hardware integration, Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and device solutions.
• Demonstrated proficiency at interpreting diagrams and schematics.
• Interpersonal and oral communication skills to interact collaborate and provide instruction.
