SAP MM Consultant (Procurement) | Hybrid Setup

Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Mid/Senior Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (2-4x onsite per week) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for an SAP MM Senior Associate to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and support SAP procurement and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work with clients to analyze procurement requirements, configure and implement SAP MM solutions, and improve purchasing, supplier, contract, and inventory management processes. You will also provide technical support and training while helping clients optimize their procurement operations through SAP and Source to Pay (S2P) transformation. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP MM / Procurement solutions based on client business requirements. Analyze procurement processes and develop SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency. Support purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management processes. Contribute to Source to Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives and procurement process improvements. Support SAP integration with related business applications and supply chain processes. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to clients and end users. Analyze business and process data to identify issues, opportunities, and recommendations. Collaborate with clients and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver effective SAP solutions. Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Maintain professional and technical standards in accordance with firm policies and engagement requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP MM / SAP Procurement. Strong experience in SAP Procurement processes, including purchasing, inventory, supplier, and contract management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Source to Pay (S2P) processes. Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP IBP, or related SAP solutions is an advantage. Experience supporting SAP implementation, configuration, integration, or transformation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes. Good client-facing, communication, and teamwork skills. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
