Commercial & Proposal Support - Remote

This role operates within our client's Opportunity-to-Cash function under Global Business Services (GBS) and Finance organizations.

It handles the administrative and back-office lifecycle of field services, products, and equipment contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer contracts, pricing structures, and master data across Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining pricing integrity, supporting master data governance, performing data analysis, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities include: Contract Management - Review, interpret, and validate customer contracts and commercial agreements to ensure completeness and compliance.

Pricing Management • Manage and maintain customer pricing structures, rate tables, and pricing agreements within Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.

• • Configure and update pricing conditions and price books in accordance with approved commercial terms.
• • Analyze pricing data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with pricing policies.
• • Support implementation of pricing updates, discounts, and special pricing arrangements.
• • Utilize SAP pricing and data-management transactions such as VK12, VA43, ZCAUR, VA03 to support pricing maintenance, validation, analysis, and governance.
• • Demonstrate familiarity with Salesforce and its use within an OTC and/or pricing environment.

SAP System Administration & Master Data Management • Maintain and update contract and pricing master data in Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.

• • Demonstrate strong familiarity with Salesforce Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and SAP S/4HANA, including experience supporting or participating in SAP migration initiatives.
• • Create and maintain material master data, including creation of materials, maintenance of alternative Units of Measure (UOM), and editing/updating material numbers.
• • Perform mass data uploads and updates for material and pricing master data using appropriate SAP tools and templates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data, pricing, material, contract, and OTC process issues.

• • Provide guidance and clarification on contract terms and pricing structures to internal stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze large volumes of pricing, contract, material, and OTC-related data to identify discrepancies, trends, and data quality issues.

• • Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and operational efficiency improvements.
• • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI to support business and operational decision-making.

Process Ownership & Accountability • Take initiative to complete assigned work within agreed timelines with minimal supervision.

• • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for assigned work and deliverables.
• • Proactively identify potential issues, implement appropriate corrective actions, and communicate risks or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce rework, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational controls.

Qualifications Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

Demonstrates advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Power BI, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros, for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Experience working with Salesforce, preferably with Salesforce CPQ (ConfigurePrice-Quote), and SAP preferably SAP S/4HANA in contracts, commercial agreements, proposal or pricing work.

Previous experience in Contract and Commercial agreements, Pricing Administration, Rate Tables, Price Books, a must.

Strong data analysis, master data uploads or data migration using SAP is a PLUS.

Proven ability to drive change and collaborate effectively across departments, is a PLUS.

Knowledge and experience working with an Oil and Gas Field Service industry, is a PLUS.
