Senior Operations Manager

Position Overview A growing U.S.-based healthcare services organization is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead its Philippine operations.

This senior leadership role reports to US Leadership overseeing multiple service lines, including healthcare recruiting, insurance operations, call center services, scheduling, and other client-facing teams. The position follows a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) work schedule.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who can drive execution, build scalable processes, develop leaders, and translate company strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities Lead and develop managers across multiple operational functions Establish KPIs, performance standards, and accountability measures Translate executive strategy into actionable operational plans Drive cross-functional alignment, execution, and continuous improvement Identify and resolve operational challenges and process bottlenecks Serve as an escalation point for operational and client issues Build scalable processes and support organizational growth Own overall operational performance and results Qualifications 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, BPO, healthcare services, recruiting, staffing, or related environments Experience managing multiple managers and cross-functional teams Proven success driving operational performance and process improvement Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience developing KPIs and accountability frameworks Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Healthcare, recruiting, or call center experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Salary: PHP 130,000–170,000 per month Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off and company holidays Comprehensive benefits package Professional growth and advancement opportunities High-visibility leadership role with executive exposure About the Employer The company is a growing U.S.-based healthcare services organization with a team of approximately 50 employees in the Philippines.
