Your Role:
As a Creative Team Lead, you will:
- Lead concept development, creative direction, and visual standards for digital campaigns, responsive websites, landing pages, social media, and interactive experiences.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Creative Designers and Creative Developers while handling resource planning and workload allocation.
- Design and refine high-impact digital assets, design systems, prototypes, and reusable components using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Prepare organized, developer-ready files and perform final quality reviews for brand alignment, typography, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
- Collaborate directly with clients, Sr. Director of Creative Services, and cross-functional teams to align design intent with business goals and platform constraints.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in digital design, creative production, advertising, or an agency environment.
- At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising creative professionals.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, UI/UX thinking, responsive web design, design systems, and developer-ready production files.
Preferred skills/expertise
- Experience leading a creative team in a BPO, offshore delivery center, agency, or marketing services organization.
- Experience supporting global enterprise clients and collaborating across international time zones.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lottie animation, and design-to-development handoffs.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted ideation, image, layout, copy, and production workflows.
- Proven track record in establishing design standards, reusable templates, and studio operating procedures.
