Project Manager

Overview:

LeadAdvisors is hiring a Project Coordinator to keep our cross-functional initiatives — client onboardings, campaign launches, system migrations, and internal projects — moving on time and on scope. You'll be the connective tissue between BPO Ops, Digital, HR, IT, and Finance. Heavy Notion, Slack, and tracker work.

Responsibilities:

• Own project plans in Notion: scope, milestones, owners, due dates, and weekly status.
• Run weekly project check-ins (15-30 min) with each project lead.
• Track action items from leadership meetings and chase them to closure.
• Maintain the cross-functional dependency map — who is waiting on whom and why.
• Surface risks and blockers in writing to supervisor weekly; escalate urgent ones same-day.
• Coordinate handoffs between teams (e.g. HR finishes onboarding → IT provisions access → Ops deploys).
• Build and update SOPs in the KB DB so the work doesn't depend on you being in the room.

Requirements:

• 2+ years coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders (PMO, ops, or agency experience).
• Hands-on Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or comparable PM tool — show us a project plan you ran.
• Excellent written English; strong meeting note discipline.
• Comfortable chasing senior people for updates without being intimidated.
• Strong calendar and Slack hygiene — replies within SLA.
• Bonus: BPO or call center experience, or having run a client onboarding before.
• Reliable home setup, wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, quiet space for video calls.
