Job Description:

Physician Outreach / Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Primary Objective: Build brand/product awareness, identify relevant physician practices, and generate high-quality clinical leads.

• Target Prospecting: Use Definitive Healthcare and internal tools to identify and prioritize target physicians by specialty, geography, practice type, and activity.
• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 70–100 outbound cold calls and follow-up emails daily to introduce our comprehensive line of healthcare kits.
• Demand Generation: Evaluate clinical relevance, determine potential patient demand, and gather valuable market feedback.
• Pipeline Management: Input qualified prospects into the CRM, documenting physician interest, feedback, and commonly utilized pharmacies.
• Collaboration: Map out regional demand patterns and hand off high-value, qualified lead intelligence to the Pharmacy Sales Team to secure distribution.

Pharmacy Sales Representative / Account Acquisition Specialist

Primary Objective: Direct business-to-business sales to secure pharmacy shelf placement, initial stocking orders, and recurring reorders.

• Account Targeting: Build, segment, and research lists of target independent and retail pharmacies, identifying owners, managers, buyers, and pharmacists-in-charge.
• B2B Presentations: Pitch the complete range of healthcare kits, demonstrating the commercial business opportunity, stocking options, and ordering processes.
• Deal Closure & Stocking: Secure initial stocking orders and negotiate premium retail shelf placement.
• Account Management: Monitor retail inventory movement, anticipate reorder cycles, upsell new products, and foster long-term partnerships.
• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 65–95 outreach touches (via phone or in-person visits) daily to drive steady conversions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sales Drive: Proven experience in outbound cold calling, door-to-door sales, or business-to-business (B2B) business development. Prior experience in medical sales, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is a strong plus.
• Resilience & Discipline: Ability to maintain a consistent high volume of outbound activity (65–100 touches per day) and handle rejection constructively.
• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience logging actions, managing tasks, and updating pipeline progression in modern CRMs.
• Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with medical professionals and business owners.
