Performance Marketing Manager

Overview

LeadAdvisors is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and conversion across the LeadAdvisors brand — Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and landing-page funnels. You own the number: spend efficiency, cost per acquisition, and pipeline contribution. You'll run campaigns end-to-end, report on what's working with hard data, and improve contact rate and conversion month over month. This is a remote, PH-based role working async with a remote-first digital team, reporting directly to the Digital & Marketing Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Own and run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for the LeadAdvisors brand — build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.
• Manage the monthly paid budget and report spend efficiency weekly — CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC against target.
• Build and optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion; run A/B tests and document what won.
• Own attribution and reporting — connect spend to leads, qualified leads, and pipeline; produce a monthly performance report against the targets in the Role & Department Directory.
• Improve contact rate and lead-to-conversion through audience, creative, and offer testing.
• Coordinate with content, SEO, and the database team to align paid with the broader funnel.
• Manage tracking hygiene — pixels, UTMs, conversion events, and GA4/HubSpot reporting accuracy.
• Test 1 new channel, audience, or creative angle per month and document the result.

Requirements:

• 3+ years running paid performance campaigns (in-house or agency) with direct budget ownership.
• Hands-on, current expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Campaign Manager a strong plus.
• Proven results you can show — bring a dashboard or report tying spend to CPA/ROAS and pipeline.
• Strong analytics fluency — GA4, conversion tracking, UTM discipline, and comfort in spreadsheets.
• Landing-page and funnel conversion experience (test design, not just launching ads).
• Strong written English; able to brief creative and report results to leadership clearly.
• Comfortable working async across PH / LATAM / US time zones.
• Reliable home setup — wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, dual monitors preferred, quiet space for video calls.
