Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist (Loyalty) supports the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions and loyalty initiatives for Expedia TAAP’s network of over 200,000 affiliated travel agents.

The role focuses on increasing member engagement, retention and booking frequency by delivering timely, relevant and engaging content, promotions and incentives. The position will also support the continued development and enhancement of key Expedia TAAP programs, particularly the Expedia TAAP Rewards Program and Expedia TAAP Academy.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the implementation of loyalty-focused marketing campaigns.
• Support the ideation and creation of new campaign approaches to drive booking frequency and retention.
• Manage the administrative aspects of the program in support of the program manager.
• Further refine campaign performance reporting to stakeholder teams.
• Support in the creation of Expedia TAAP Academy articles.
• Support in the creation of interactive learning content on the Expedia TAAP Academy.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with first experience in an online marketing role
• Experience in developing & implementing marketing campaigns
• Pro-active attitude, strong communication and delivery skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while still fostering collaboration with a wide array of stakeholders across multiple functions and influence cross-functional partners
• Commercial mindset, ability to work alongside sales team and communicating results across diverse stakeholders
