Accounting Operations Manager – Healthcare Location: Calabarzon Work Setup: Full On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role We are seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of accounting operations within a healthcare organization. The position will manage the accounting team, oversee transactional processes, and maintain strong controls across billing, cashiering, and general accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the accounting department. Lead and supervise Accounting Supervisors, Billing, Cashiering, and accounting staff . Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of accounting transactions and reconciliations. Oversee revenue-related accounting processes, including billing and collections. Review financial reports and accounting schedules prior to submission to management. Ensure proper controls over cash, billing, receivables, and other accounting processes. Utilize BizBox Hospital Information System in managing hospital accounting operations. Develop and improve accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Address operational accounting issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments. Support management in financial reporting, analysis, and other accounting requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. Qualifications CPA required. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in accounting. Managerial experience is preferred. Must have experience in hospital, healthcare, medical center, diagnostic, or similar healthcare organizations . Strong hands-on knowledge of BizBox Hospital Information System . Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledgeable in financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and accounting operations. Strong people management and communication skills. Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable. Willing to work fully onsite in Calabarzon and extend working hours as business requirements dictate.
