Fashion Designer

Fashion Designer – Leather Belts & Bags We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with experience designing leather belts and bags . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fashion trends, leather materials, product construction, and creating designs that are both stylish and commercially viable. Responsibilities: Design and develop leather belts, handbags, and other leather accessories. Create original concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and product specifications. Develop designs based on brand requirements, current fashion trends, and target customers. Select appropriate leather, hardware, colors, textures, and other materials. Create detailed design specifications for manufacturers and production teams. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced. Review samples and recommend design or construction improvements. Research fashion trends, competitors, materials, and new design ideas. Maintain organized design files, specifications, measurements, and product details. Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining the overall design direction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Fashion Designer , preferably specializing in leather goods, bags, belts, or accessories. Strong knowledge of leather materials, hardware, stitching, construction, and finishing. Ability to create fashion sketches and technical/product drawings. Experience developing products from concept through sample/prototype stage. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or similar tools. Strong attention to detail and understanding of proportions, measurements, and product construction. Good understanding of current fashion and accessory trends. Strong communication and organizational skills. Portfolio showcasing previous bag, belt, leather goods, or accessory designs is required.
