Doctor of Medicine (MD)

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD), Licensed Physician.
• At least 3 years experience in a post-medical facility.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge in patient care, health promotion, and clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

• Oversee daily medical operations with the Medical Operations Director.
• Supervise and evaluate Post Medical Doctors and staff.
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and continuity of operations.
• Prepare medical reports, referrals, and certifications.
• Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Telemedicine & PCR:

• Conduct teleconsultations and issue medical reports/prescriptions.
• Manage PCR-related consultations and result releases.
• Ensure medical coverage after office hours when needed.

Ship Consultation:

• Ensure completion of required forms and proper case documentation.
• Monitor case progress and closure.

MCMI Support:

• Maintain case statistics and support operational improvements.
• Assist in case coordination and teleconsultation assignments.
