Finance Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Location: Laguna Work Setup: Full On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a high-potential Finance Manager to lead key financial and management accounting functions for a pharmaceutical manufacturing business. The role will work closely with the CEO and senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business performance and decision-making. This position is designed for a finance professional who can demonstrate strong leadership potential and is capable of progressing into a Finance Controller role within approximately 12 months , subject to performance and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Oversee cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis , including product costing and cost controls. Monitor financial performance, identify variances and business risks, and provide actionable recommendations to management. Strengthen financial controls, policies, processes, and internal governance. Support management in business planning, investment evaluation, and financial decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports and management insights to senior leadership. Partner with operations and other business functions to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial performance. Drive process improvements and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information. Lead and develop the finance team while preparing for broader finance leadership responsibilities. Qualifications CPA with strong financial, analytical, and business acumen. At least 8 years of relevant Finance experience . Strong experience in manufacturing , preferably within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or other consumer-related industries. Solid background in: Financial Reporting and Management Accounting Cost Accounting and Product Costing Budgeting and Forecasting Financial Analysis Financial Controls and Governance Financial Investments Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to work closely with CEOs and senior management. Proven leadership capability and the potential to assume broader finance responsibilities. Experience in a reputable audit or professional services environment is an advantage. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
