Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Senior Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (2-4x onsite per week) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for an Oracle Finance Senior Manager to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and lead client-facing teams within the Finance Technology – Oracle Core ERP practice. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership in delivering Oracle Finance solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to optimize financial processes, drive finance transformation initiatives, and deliver effective solutions while developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Finance projects and client engagements to drive successful outcomes. Guide teams in the implementation and delivery of Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management solutions. Provide strategic direction for finance technology initiatives, process improvements, and transformation projects. Analyze client financial processes and requirements to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Develop strategies for finance transformation and process improvements aligned with client objectives. Monitor and analyze financial trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Oversee financial budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. Utilize financial management solutions to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making capabilities. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to facilitate finance process improvements. Present financial reports, findings, and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear and actionable outcomes. Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and ensure solutions address business requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable financial reporting standards. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster continuous learning and high performance. Promote operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across Oracle Finance projects and delivery teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably with significant experience in Oracle Finance or Oracle ERP consulting. Advanced knowledge and experience in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. Proven experience leading complex Oracle Finance projects and client engagements. Experience in finance transformation, process optimization, and financial technology initiatives. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring technical or consulting teams. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong ability to communicate complex financial and technical concepts and present recommendations effectively.
