Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Director Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (2-4x onsite per week) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for an Oracle Technology Director to join our client's Digital Core Modernization team and lead strategic Oracle technology consulting initiatives, business development, and client engagements. In this role, you will provide strategic direction across Oracle technologies and enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on technology modernization, business transformation, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape engagement strategies, identify business opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and maintain executive-level client relationships while developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic Oracle technology consulting initiatives, business development, and complex client engagements, including multiple projects and portfolios. Oversee full-cycle Oracle implementations and technology transformation initiatives, from planning and solution delivery through testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support. Lead teams in delivering Oracle solutions across cloud and enterprise environments, including SaaS and PaaS technologies, data migration, integration, and modernization. Identify market opportunities and develop innovative Oracle solutions and structures that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and thought leadership. Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, providing strategic guidance and ensuring successful engagement outcomes. Lead cross-border and geographically distributed teams, collaborating across the broader professional network to deliver complex client solutions. Coach and mentor technical and consulting leaders while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment. Drive strategic decisions, continuous improvement, and organizational change while ensuring quality, professional standards, and technical expectations are consistently met. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 14+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 10 years in project or portfolio management within Oracle technology or enterprise technology consulting. Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle implementations, including at least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations or 10+ years of Oracle Cloud experience. Strong experience across Oracle Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS environments, including data migration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities. Proven experience in strategic technology planning, business transformation, and Oracle technology modernization, with strong understanding of enterprise Oracle solutions. Cross-border leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams, clients, and stakeholders across multiple countries or regions. Strong executive-level client-facing, stakeholder management, business development, and relationship-building experience. Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle BI Publisher is an advantage. Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains is an advantage.
