Business Development Officer Site Acquisition

A Business Development Officer specializing in site acquisition plays a crucial role in managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders involved in the acquisition of sites for various expansion projects of MR DIY Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the site acquisition process.
• Site Identification and Evaluation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential sites for acquisition assessing their viability based on client requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners local authorities and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for site acquisition.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including legal engineering and finance to facilitate the smooth execution of site acquisition projects.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on site acquisition progress challenges and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all site acquisition activities comply with local laws regulations and company policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Site Development/Network Expansion/Property and Asset Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to do field work and report to Head Office (Marikina City) when needed.
