Overview

We are seeking an experiencedIT Applications & Project Manager (Quality Systems)to lead the delivery, governance, and operational management of enterprise Quality applications. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects, ensuring application performance and compliance, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, Quality Systems knowledge, and experience managing enterprise applications in global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end IT implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Oversee the performance, availability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management applications.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, security standards, and organizational policies.
• Manage application lifecycle activities, including enhancements, upgrades, support, and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with business users, Quality teams, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and implement strategic solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous service improvements by leveraging IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Support change management, user adoption, training, and stakeholder communications throughout project delivery.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of full-cycle IT project management experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience working with international, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience leadingend-to-end IT implementation projectsusingAgile, Waterfall,and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong expertise inProject Governance, including planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on knowledge ofQuality Management (QM)processes and systems.
• Experience withComplianceQuest and Salesforce platforms, including implementation, support, integration, or enhancement activities.
• Strong understanding ofIT Service Management (ITIL/ITSM)principles and operational support processes.
• Experience coordinating business, IT, vendors, and external partners across multiple workstreams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting Quality, Compliance, Audit, or Regulatory applications.
• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, automotive, or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem capabilities, integrations, and platform governance.
• Experience managing global or multi-region application deployments.
• Exposure to application portfolio management and digital transformation initiatives.
