Import Supervisor

The Import Supervisor shall ensure that all importations are in compliance with existing rules and regulations of Bureau of Customs and other government regulated agencies. This role will be responsible for maintaining import processes compliance and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stay up-to-date with local national and international regulations and standards relevant to the companys requirements.
• Responsible on accuracy and completeness of the shipping documents from various shippers or suppliers.
• Ensure all importations are in compliance with the existing rules and regulations of Bureau of Customs and other government regulated agencies (FDA BOC BIR BAI NTC BPS etc.)
• Responsible on checking the computation of the duties and taxes in reference to the Tariff Administration and Policy
• Collaborate and align with internal parties (MY Global Trade PH Finance/Warehouse/ etc.) and stakeholders (Logistics Service Providers etc.).
• Assist internal and external audits if required.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Customs Administration or work equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in Import and Export (from multinational companies)
• Good in writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Has the ability to work with a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work in Carmona Cavite
