About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to align human capital strategies with business goals and drive key people initiatives across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Advisory: Partner with business leaders, department heads, and managers to develop and execute workforce strategies that support overall operational and business goals.
• Talent Management & Succession: Oversee talent pipelines, identify critical roles, manage succession planning, and drive employee retention initiatives.
• Performance & Organizational Development: Lead performance management cycles, calibration sessions, change management initiatives, and organizational restructuring.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and maintain compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• HR Analytics & Insights: Analyze workforce metrics, turnover rates, engagement data, and headcounts to inform strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven track record as an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and advise senior management.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City, Monday to Friday.
