HubSpot Administrator

Role Summary

The HubSpot Administrator handles the administration, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing and Sales. This hands-on role maintains platform integrity, builds workflows, manages CRM data, supports users, and optimizes system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration & Automation: Manage Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. Configure properties, objects, pipelines, lead scoring, routing, and workflows to support sales handoffs and campaign execution.
  
• Data & Governance: Maintain CRM data quality, handle imports, deduplication, and hygiene audits. Establish naming conventions and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  
• Reporting & Integrations: Build dashboards for lead generation, pipeline, and revenue contribution. Troubleshoot integrations, monitor platform health, and resolve data sync issues.
  
• User Support & Enablement: Serve as the primary HubSpot SME, partner with business teams to gather requirements, and provide training and troubleshooting support.
  

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience in a B2B environment.
  
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, CRM data management, complex automation, and custom dashboard reporting.
  
• Certifications & Extras: HubSpot certifications (Marketing/Sales Hub or Admin) preferred; Operations Hub experience and B2B/tech/outsourcing background are a plus.
  
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
