We are seeking an experiencedSAP FI Analystto support andoptimizeFinance and Accounting processes within SAP. Acting as the key link between Finance users, SAP teams, and IT stakeholders, you will provide day-to-day functional support, drive process improvements, support system enhancements, and ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong SAP FIexpertiseand hands-on experience supporting business users in a key user, super user, or functional support capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP FI users, resolving businessprocessand system-related issues.

• Serve as the primary liaison between local Finance teams, Central Key Users (CKUs), subject matter experts, and IT teams.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications and improvement opportunities.

• Support SAP projects, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and change initiatives.

• Coordinate and execute testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Validate system changes and ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.

• Develop andmaintainprocess documentation, user guides, and training materials.

• Conduct end-user training and promote SAP best practices and process standardization.

• Identifyopportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement across Finance operations.

• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure effective SAP solution adoption and support.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, ora relateddiscipline.

• 4-5 years of relevant experience inSAP FI support, business analysis, key user, super user, or functional support roles.

• Experience working inFinance, Accounting,Shared Services, orERP environments.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with business users, SMEs, CKUs, and IT teams in a collaborative environment.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience withSAP Financial Accounting (SAP FI)in a Key User, Super User, Functional Support, or Business Analyst capacity.

• Strong understanding ofFinance and Accounting business processesand their integration within SAP.

• Experience supporting SAP enhancements, upgrades, system changes, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Knowledge across multiple SAP FI functional areas, including:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Asset Accounting (AA)

• Bank Accounting / Cash Management

• Financial Closing and Reporting

• Experience troubleshooting businessprocessand system issues within SAP FI.

• Ability to gather business requirements and work closely with technical and functional teams to deliver solutions.

• Strong documentation, training, and end-user support experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP CO (Controlling) processes and integrations.

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.

• Knowledge of finance transformation, ERP implementation, or process improvement initiatives.

• Experience working in multinational or shared services environments.

• Understanding offinance controls, compliance, and audit requirements.

• Exposureto reportingand analytics tools within the SAP ecosystem.
