POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a vital role in creating high-quality print and digital collateral across multiple real estate, hospitality, and investment portfolios. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for developing marketing assets—ranging from brochures and advertisements to eDMs, digital banners, landing pages, and social media media graphics—while maintaining brand style guides and supporting overall marketing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Print & Layout Design: Produce and design company publications, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and brand style guides/templates using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Digital & Multimedia Design: Create eDMs, digital banners, landing page assets, and social media collateral. Video editing and basic web coding (HTML/CSS) support as needed.
• Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, internal departments, and external agencies to translate creative briefs into engaging designs on time and within budget.
• Concept & Illustration Development: Develop rough sketches, concept layouts, and modified graphic elements using CAD, image processing, and design software.
• Project Management: Estimate material costs and timelines, prioritize design tasks, and manage project workflows under tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree or Certificate in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and website publishing programs.
• Proven ability to create creative artwork across both print and digital platforms with high attention to detail.
• Experience with video editing tools (Final Cut Pro or similar) and basic familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or CSS is an advantage.
• Strong time management, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
