Marketplace Support (Amazon)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Account Associate: Marketplace Support to assist our clients directly in their daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and with proven experience in handling and managing Amazon account.

Basic Qualification:

• Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily operational support directly to clients.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and client requests.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Needs a basic understanding of Seller Central, including creating new listings, designing titles and bullet points, fixing closed or suppressed listings, and creating variations.
• Knowledgeable with the basics of AS400.
• Knowledgeable with the basics of editing graphics.

Who You Are:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and creating or updating product listings.
• Knowledge of Amazon titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and listing requirements.
• Experience creating parent/child variations and troubleshooting listing errors.
• Understanding of Amazon policies and listing compliance.
• Experience opening and following up on Amazon support cases.
• Good written English and clear communication.
• Amazon PPC experience is preferred but not required.
