About the Role

We are looking for a strategic People & Organization Head – Restaurant Operations to lead people strategies supporting a large-scale restaurant business. The role will work closely with operations leadership to strengthen workforce effectiveness, organizational capability, employee engagement, and culture across multiple restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the people strategy for restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives.
• Partner with senior operations leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, and overall workforce stability.
• Analyze attrition, manpower, and employee data to identify trends and recommend business solutions.
• Lead organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Establish employee listening and feedback mechanisms across restaurant teams.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, labor laws, HR policies, and performance management.
• Drive culture-building and change management programs across multiple locations.
• Strengthen HR processes and practices to ensure consistency across restaurant operations.
• Lead and develop the HR team supporting the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong background in HR business partnering and multi-site or multi-unit operations.
• Experience in restaurants, QSR, retail, FMCG, or other high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated experience in managing attrition, employee engagement, and organizational change.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
