Head of People Operations – Restaurant Business
Location: National Capital Region (NCR)
Work Setup: On-site

About the Role
The Head of People Operations – Restaurant Business will provide strategic HR leadership for the organization's restaurant operations. This role will translate business priorities into effective people programs, with a strong focus on workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, retention, and operational HR effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR leadership and business partnering support to restaurant operations.
  • Work closely with Operations leadership to identify workforce challenges and develop practical HR solutions.
  • Lead workforce planning, manpower strategies, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Monitor workforce metrics, including attrition, retention, staffing levels, and employee engagement.
  • Develop action plans to address employee turnover and strengthen retention across restaurant locations.
  • Establish structured feedback channels to capture employee concerns and operational workforce issues.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, labor standards, HR policies, and performance management.
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee experience, culture, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support major organizational changes and transformation initiatives across the business.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and programs across multiple sites.
  • Lead, coach, and develop HR business partners and other HR professionals supporting operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
  • Strong HRBP/generalist background supporting multi-site or high-volume operations.
  • Experience in restaurant operations, QSR, retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, Philippine labor laws, workforce planning, and HR policies.
  • Experience using HR analytics and dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex people-related business issues.
