Campaign & Events Specialist role

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on specialist-level coordinator with 35 years of relevant experience who can support and execute B2B marketing and events activities across a distributed remote-first team. The role places a strong emphasis on practical event coordination B2B email marketing CRM/data management and consistent follow-through.

Core Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Event Coordination Hands-on Execution

• Manage event logistics from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support event budgeting and tracking including events with budgets of approximately $2K$10K per event.
• Coordinate event-related materials schedules communications and follow-up activities.

2. B2B Email Marketing

• Develop and execute B2B email marketing activities and follow-up campaigns.
• Experience in industrial or professional services environments is preferred; consumer-brand marketing experience is not the primary focus.
• Create clear professional B2B messaging appropriate for business audiences.
• Support targeted outreach and follow-up based on audience needs and campaign objectives.

3. CRM & Data Management

• Maintain accurate and organized CRM data and ensure good data hygiene.
• Support audience segmentation and targeted outreach.
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of required actions.
• Use CRM information to support campaign and event follow-up activities.

4. Remote-First Collaboration

• Work effectively with distributed teams across different locations and time zones.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders vendors and partners in a remote environment.
• Manage priorities independently and maintain strong follow-through across multiple activities.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 35 years of specialist-level coordinator experience ideally covering events B2B marketing CRM/data management or closely related responsibilities.
• Event experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience with event logistics vendor/stakeholder coordination and event budgeting.
• B2B marketing: Experience supporting B2B email marketing; industrial or professional services exposure is preferred.
• CRM/data: Comfortable with audience segmentation data hygiene and follow-up management.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Work style: Organized detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working independently within a remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Bullhorn ATS.
• Experience with SourceWhale or a similar email sequencing/outreach platform.
• Experience in B2B recruitment or staffing.
• CRM experience such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
