Sr. Legal Officer

Work Setup: Full On-Site

Salary Range: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000+ / month

Industry Focus: Real Estate Development, Property Management, Construction, or Corporate Law Practice

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, business-oriented legal and commercial advice to senior management and operating departments.

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Coordinate with external legal counsel and actively monitor litigation, regulatory matters, and administrative cases.

• Handle claims management, draft demand letters, and assess legal risks across various operational fronts.

• Protect the company’s overall legal, corporate, and commercial interests.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized institution.

• Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive legal experience, ideally combining law firm practice and in-house corporate experience.

• Prior exposure to real estate, property development, construction, corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine corporate, commercial, property, labor, and regulatory laws.

• Strong expertise in contract management, risk mitigation, land acquisition/due diligence, and corporate compliance.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business terms.

• Mature, confident, highly discreet, and capable of standing firm and remaining composed under pressure when dealing with challenging situations or authorities.
