WE ARE HIRING – Billing Specialist

Location: Sucat, Parañaque City

• Female and Male.
• Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in Billing accounts payable/receivable, or similar finance-related roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with billing or ERP systems.
• Review, validate, and consolidate all required customs clearance and billing documents.
• Generate and process billing for all approved charges upon Tax fees.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Broker, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt, validation, and completeness of documents necessary for billing accuracy.
• Preferred with available requirements.
• Can start ASAP
