Sales Admin (Jill)

Job Description and Requirements:

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2.6m subscribers across 24 countries and we are looking for a Sales Admin to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by managing schedules documentation and reports.

• Process orders and ensure accurate order entry in the system.

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

• Prepare sales reports presentations and proposals as required.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.

• Track sales performance metrics and generate insights for improvement.

• Handle internal and external communications related to sales operations.

• Support the organization of sales meetings training sessions and events.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Review and verify sales teams expense claims.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator Sales Coordinator or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.

• Experience in data analysis and sales forecasting.
