The Marketing Head (Industrial) will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand and attract tenants for our industrial properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote industrial properties, including: Content Marketing: Develop and execute compelling content strategies, including website content, blog posts, case studies, white papers, and videos. Digital Marketing: Manage social media campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and online advertising to reach target audiences. Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with industry media and influencers. Event Marketing: Plan and execute industry events and trade shows to showcase properties and network with potential clients. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target industries, understand their needs, and develop effective marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants and industry stakeholders. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure maximum return on investment. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing. Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to ensure effective lead qualification and conversion. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
