The team you will be part of

Our Operations Team ensures that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes—managing warehouse activities, inventory flow, and fulfilment with precision and efficiency. From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day.

As a Head of Operations you will take charge of:

• Manage and train operations team and responsible for overall backend operations for Ecommerce management business of Philippines.
• Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects including, inventory, orders and returns management:
• Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics Service Providers, Ecommerce platforms and clients to ensure successful execution of fulfillment, orders and processes;
• Support the team to troubleshoot and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues, identify root causes and drive continuous improvements and mitigation plans;
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (KAM team, Warehouse and Marketplace/Client) to ensure smooth operations to deliver best customer & consumer experience;
• Drive daily and monthly operational related data reports, analyze quantitative data, and propose data-backed improvement plans;
• Monitor and be responsible for inventory health including liaising with finance for reconciliation and cost allocations.
• Own the fulfillment cost metrics and find ways to keep optimising
• Implement regional initiatives and drive local projects to develop and enhance capabilities of the operations function and improve performance efficiency:
• Develop and implement data visualization/dashboard, data analytics and other strategies to generate actionable insights;
• Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirements;
• Establish and consistently strengthen Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various operational models and category specific requirements.
• Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs
• Drive a culture that emphasizes a "People First" environment, open communication, empowerment, recognition
• Understand profit and loss, accounting functions, and the relationship of operational activities and decisions
• Negotiate agreements with vendors and collaboration partners.

Requirements

• University degree in any related field
• 7-10 years successful experience leading a large operations organization, especially from ecommerce corporate
• Demonstrated success in the management of people and very strong leadership trait
• Logical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to details and process driven
• Well organized and good follow up skills
• Able to create and maintain professional relationships with customers and fulfillment partners
• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment
