Pollution Control Officer

We’re looking for a POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER (PCO) to join our team in Tanza, Cavite.

What You’ll Do

As our PCO, you will play a key role in ensuring plant compliance with environmental laws, DENR regulations, and regulatory requirements.

You will:

• Monitor and manage environmental compliance activities
• Oversee waste management and identify opportunities for waste reduction
• Process and maintain environmental permits, licenses, and clearances
• Prepare and submit SMRs, CMRs, and other regulatory reports
• Coordinate with DENR and other government agencies
• Lead environmental projects, programs, and awareness initiatives
• Participate in environmental audits, inspections, and training
• Address environmental concerns raised by customers, communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Provide technical updates and reports on the plant’s environmental compliance status

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of Chemical Engineering or a related four-year course
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience as a PCO or in environmental compliance
• Knowledgeable in environmental laws, DENR regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experienced in environmental permits, licenses, waste management, and regulatory reporting
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills
• Willing to be based in Sitio Postema, Brgy. Sahud Ulan, Tanza, Cavite
