Principal Marketing Analyst

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Principal Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional who excels at transforming complex data into actionable business insights and influencing executive-level decision-making.

As the senior individual contributor for marketing analytics, you will work closely with Business Intelligence and Marketing leadership to develop data-driven strategies, establish reporting standards, and deliver executive-ready analyses that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level marketing analytics projects from business question through final recommendations.

• Design and maintain marketing data models, semantic layers, KPI definitions, and reporting standards.

• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, retention, and ROI.

• Develop advanced analytics, including audience segmentation, forecasting, campaign measurement, and marketing performance analysis.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations.

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, documentation, and quality across all marketing analytics initiatives.

• Support the migration of marketing analytics to a Databricks-based analytics platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.

• At least 3 years of hands-on marketing analytics experience supporting marketing teams.

• Expert-level SQL and Power BI, including DAX, semantic modeling, dimensional modeling, and performance optimization.

• Experience with Python or R, Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, and Databricks or a similar Spark-based platform.

• Strong knowledge of marketing attribution, campaign measurement, customer acquisition, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and churn analysis.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to executive stakeholders and influence business decisions.
