Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator provides administrative, logistical, and financial support to the Nine Dots team, helping ensure that projects run smoothly from pre-production through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production bookings, suppliers, schedules, and logistical requirements.

• Manage production documentation, including receipts, invoices, reimbursements, cash advances, and payment requests.

• Track expenses and ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly accounted for.

• Facilitate payments and reimbursements and ensure timely turnover of financial documents to the Finance Team.

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in production, coordination, or administrative support (media/video production preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High-level proficiency in both written and spoken English and Filipino

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/evenings for shoots.
