The opportunity

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, review, and presentation of various reports to support finance operations. You will help ensure that finance-related activities are completed accurately and submitted on or before prescribed deadlines. In addition, you will be expected to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to identify and address process issues and recommend improvements where necessary.

Your key responsibilities

• Generate Accounts Receivable (AR) reports on a regular basis.
• Prepare monthly AR reconciliations between the General Ledger (GL) and Subledger (SL).
• Prepare quarterly VAT reconciliations and perform related tasks.
• Monitor AR provisions.
• Prepare related journal entries in a timely manner.
• Process and monitor AR write-offs and cancellations.
• Perform other tasks and prepare other reports as required.

Skills and attributes for success

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in General Accounting or Finance.

Ideally, you’ll also:

• Possess strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Be willing to be cross-trained and/or assigned to other finance functions as needed.
